The Data Protection Policy employed by NDMW Limited has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients, suppliers, associates and staff. The Policy guides how we collect store and use information about individuals and organisations. It will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and the changing needs of everyone we deal with.
Our Data Protection Policy recognises two kinds of personal data that deserve different levels of protection:
Personally-Identifiable Information includes, for example, e-mail addresses, billing information, employment status and ‘click stream’ data that tracks visitor activity on a Web site or online service.
A subset of that category, Sensitive Data, deserves additional safeguards. Sensitive Data includes, by way of example, Clients’ confidential data, individuals’ home telephone numbers, Bank Account, Income Tax and National Insurance numbers, interview notes, CV’s, etc. If your relationship with us includes providing NDMW Limited with Sensitive Data, we will protect that information with extra care. We will not distribute Sensitive Data outside of NDMW Limited , if you so request, and will give you the chance to opt out of sharing this information within our own organisation.
NDMW Limited collects Personally-Identifiable Information and Sensitive Data only when there is a legitimate business need to do so.
Our Policy provides the following:
Notice: We will inform you about why we are collecting Personally-Identifiable Information and how we intend to use it. We need to collect and store your name, address, and other basic Personally-Identifiable Information, for example, to provide you with the service you requested, as well as for billing purposes.
Opt Out: From time to time, we are approached by companies and organisations that have a product or service that we believe may be of interest to you. We may share your Personally-Identifiable Information with these companies in an effort to help you find these resources. We will, however, always gain your permission before disclosing Personally-Identifiable Information to third parties that are not affiliated to NDMW Limited ;
Security: We will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your Personally-Identifiable Information;
Review and Correction: We are continuing to enhance our procedures to enable you to review and correct, upon request, the Personally-Identifiable Information we collect from you. Currently, we need you to make such a request in a manner that can be verified;
NDMW Limited will not sell personal data in any form, including mailing lists. All its data are for internal use only:
NDMW Limited will continue to oversee implementation of and compliance with our Policy and will adapt the Policy to reflect changes in technology and the expectations of everyone we deal with. To ensure that we are following our stated Policy, we also conduct periodic and random audits of our Web sites and other systems.
NDMW Limited Data Protection Policy has been developed out of respect for the privacy preferences and choices of our candidates, suppliers customers, associates and staff. We have established procedures to ensure that every reasonable effort is made to address your concerns. If you have any questions or comments on NDMW Limited and its data protection policy please contact one of our Directors.

iCLINICIAN Premium’s “Google Calendar Sync” Application
This section of the Privacy Policy explains how your iCLINICIAN Premium app collects and uses the information that you provide in your Google Calendar account if you choose to setup iCLINICIAN’s Google Calendar Sync application.
Data Collection and Usage
The iCLINICIAN Premium app allows you to add a secondary calendar called iCLINICIAN to your Google Calendar Account. The following data is exported from your iCLINICIAN clinic diary and added to your secondary iCLINICIAN Google Calendar as a new event:
- Appointment date and time added as the Event date and time
- Appointment client and procedures added as the Event name
- Appointment clinic added as the Event location
- Appointment notes added as the Event description
The following data can then be collected from your secondary iCLINICIAN Google Calendar account and added to your iCLINICIAN clinic diary as an appointment:
- Event date and time
- Event name (this is added in the Appointment notes field)
- Event description (this is added in the Appointment notes field)
- Event location
This information is used to keep your Google Calendar and iCLINICIAN clinic diary in sync and allow you to view, edit and add appointments outside of the iCLINICIAN app via your Google Calendar.
The information collected will only be used for the specific purpose it was collected for, namely to allow you to manage your appointments via both the iCLINICIAN clinic diary and your Google Calendar account.
Disclosure to 3rd Parties
We never share your data with 3rd parties and will only access your data under the following circumstances:
- As required by law if requested via a court order or other similar legal request
- If we believe that disclosure is necessary in order to protect our rights
- In response to a Government request
- If we believe that to do so would protect your safety or the safety of others
- At your request should you require assistance in providing data to any 3rd parties of your choosing
Data Security
We take the protection of all of your data very seriously including any data synced from your Google Calendar account. We follow generally accepted standards to protect your data during data transfer via the use of Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) and storage on the iCLINICIAN Cloud.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Data Access
To add, edit or delete appointment you can use iCLINICIAN’s integrated clinic diary which will update the event within your Google Calendar Account. Alternatively you can modify or delete events in Google and these will be updated or deleted from iCLINICIAN when you next run a calendar sync.
If you wish to remove the sync feature at anytime this can be by tapping the green Google Calendar app icon on the iCLINICIAN clinic diary layout and selecting unlink. Data is not automatically deleted from either your Google Calendar account or iCLINICIAN but no further data exchange will take place. Appointments can be deleted individually or via a batch process in iCLINICIAN or by deleting the iCLINICIAN secondary calendar from your Google Calendar account.

NDMW Limited may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our business or the iCLINICIAN as required. If any change impacts how your data is used, we will email you with full details of the change. We recommend that you periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure you remain up to date on our privacy practices.
